Topic: possibilities with regard of inclusive training methodology

Invited speakers: Zsuzsa Antal, András Futár, Vanda Katona, Krisztián Kolonics and Anikó Sándor

We share our experiences about an inclusive seminar, which was organised by disabled (participative co-lecturers) and nondisabled lecturers at the university. Through this, we realized the „Nothing about us, without us!” principle. According to the CRPD, the course promotes the academical participation of disabled persons and ensures that the knowledge about them, is established together with them. After a brief overview of the theoretical and professional background we summarize our experiences about the pedagogical methods, the framework of the seminar and about the feedback of the students and the lecturers. This method could be a good possibility in the education about the topic of deinstitutionalization and in training of DI managers.
